SHIPPING POLICY

1. Courier to home between 7-14 business days

2. Self-collection of the product / s - The product can be picked up at no extra cost.

3. Orders will be processed during company operating hours. Orders received after 17:00 in the afternoon on a weekday will be processed the next day. No deliveries on weekends and holidays (Thursday from 17:00 until Sunday morning)

4. The piece will be shipped securely, in carton packed and tightly closed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You purchased a piece on kobiayashi.com and you want to return it or replace it for some reason?
No problem!


Transaction Cancellation Policy

 

1. The transaction can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product.
The cancellation notice can be submitted by email or via the "Contact Us" form on the website. The cancellation notice must state the full name of the customer and the details of the order (order number / order date).
 

2. Cancellation of a transaction due to a defect or non-compliance, no cancellation fee will be charged, the consumer's money will be returned to him within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, and the product will be returned to the business at the company's expense.
 

3. Cancellation of a transaction that is not due to a defect or non-compliance, the consumer's money is returned to him within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, except for a cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower. The product will be refunded at the consumer's expense.

Product Replacement Policy

 

1. Replacement can be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
2. The exchange notice can be submitted by email or via the "Contact Us" form on the website. The exchange notice must state the full name of the customer and the order details (order number / order date).

3. Replacement will allow for a product in a completely new condition, as you purchased it from us.

4. The work will be replaced with another work that is in stock against the full consumer price on the day of exchange.

5. The customer's full responsibility is to bring the product to "kobiayashi"  in order to replace the product.

6. No double deals.


* Business day is every day, except - Saturday, Friday, Sabbath, holiday eves / holidays and Tisha B'Av.

* The day of the order is not considered a business day.
